Max Sattanathan, President/Founder of Reverse Ultra Inc.
Madhav "Max" Sattanathan began his Mortgage career by serving as Vice President
of Operations with American Financial Network, Inc. While with American Financial,
Max managed, trained and supervised the activities of the entire post-closing department,
which included shipping, insuring and recorded document tracking. He gained valuable
experience in underwriting and selling of FHA loans for American Financial as well
as managing and controlling the regulatory and compliance requirements of the company.
Prior to establishing Reverse Ultra, Mr. Sattanathan was General Manager at Allied
Mortgage Group Inc. and responsible for creating Allied's Reverse Mortgage Division,
Reverse Ultra. Mr. Sattanathan brings to the table an in-depth experience in all
facets of mortgage lending, from origination to post-closing, residential and commercial
lending. In the Reverse Mortgage business now exclusively for over the past 5 years,
Max has created proprietary technology and origination software for Reverse Mortgages
and continues to persevere in finding innovative ways to educate and provide high-customer
service level to clients of Reverse Ultra. He is an active member of the Florida
Association of Mortgage Brokers, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage
Bankers Association and National Reverse Mortgage Lending Association. He is also
a member of the Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Board of Realtors.
Mr. Sattanathan received his Management degree with a minor in Economics from Purdue
University in Indiana. He also holds an Accounting degree from Loyola College, India.

Robert Evans - Sr. Vice President
A 'true' Reverse Mortgage pioneer, Robert has a diverse background in all aspects
of the mortgage banking industry for the past 23 years. Robert, as recognized by
HUD, pioneered the HUD-FHA Reverse Mortgage Program by closing the first federally
insured adjustable rate Reverse Mortgage in the United States in 1989...
and has since been involved with its industry growth. He was responsible for the
introduction of the product to JB Nutter, his employer at the time. He since grew
JB Nutter into one of the largest wholesale providers of Reverse Mortgages in the
country. Robert, a principal of Reverse Ultra, joined the company late last year
to grow its retail operations and create a wholesale division. Robert, a resident
of Kansas City, has already established offices in Missouri and Kansas with the
intention of further extending Reverse Ultra's reach throughout the mid-west. In
addition to his illustrious mortgage career, Robert holds an EMBA, Rockhurst University,
Kansas City, MO and received his BA Liberal Arts-Foreign Languages, UMKC, Kansas
City, MO. Robert has extensive undergraduate studies at NYU in Madrid, Spain and
French language studies at the L'Alliance Francais, Paris, France. In 2001, Robert
was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Chile in the United States.'

Pamela Kirkpatrick - Sr. Vice President
A Reverse Mortgage expert, Pamela Kirkpatrick is SVP of the Reverse Mortgage Division
for Allied Mortgage Group's (AMG) Dania Beach, Florida office and coordinates the
Reverse Mortgages for AMG's branches in 34 states. Introduced to Reverse Mortgages
by helping her parents determine if one was a viable option, Pamela chose to focus
exclusively on...
Reverse Mortgages for the past seven years. Appointed to the National Reverse Mortgage
Lender's Association (NRMLA) Congressional Committee, Pamela maintains a relationship
with local and national elected officials to keep them abreast of Reverse Mortgage
issues and to educate them on Reverse Mortgages. As part of those efforts, Pamela
received a "Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition" in May of 2008 for
outstanding and invaluable service to the community as part of Congressman Kendrick
Meek's Foreclosure Prevention Initiative. She was also a member of the NRMLA Ethics
and Standards Committee; which strives to create best business practices in the
Reverse Mortgage industry and maintain the highest ethical standards for all its
members. Pamela holds a BA Liberal Arts with Honors from Grinnell College and is
multi-lingual.To further educate this growing demographic to the benefits of Reverse
Mortgages, Pamela has appeared on Spanish Language community television and radio.

Roy Chowdhury, President/Owner of Allied Mortgage Group/Senior Director to Reverse
Ultra, Inc.
A mortgage banking professional withover 18 years experience and industry relationships
in sales, products and management, Mr. Chowdhury founded Allied Mortgage Group in
1993. In the sixteen year period since its inception, Allied Mortgage has grown
into a highly successful company with over 250 employees, lender...
licenses in over 40 states, and over $1.5 Billion in loan volume annually. The company
maintains warehouse lines of credit in excess of $100 million. Even with recent
industry changes, Mr. Chowdhury has successfully managed to steer Allied into a
new business acquisition model. Through re-structuring of its wholesale unit and
by taking advantage of its Double Eagle FHA lending status, Mr. Chowdhury has managed
to keep Allied Mortgage Group healthy and still a leading provider of mortgages
in the country. Mr. Chowdhury's role with Reverse Ultra, Inc. is to apply his invaluable
depth of experience to the South Florida-based Reverse Mortgage Company. Mr. Chowdhury
received his Business Administration Master's degree from Widener University in
Pennsylvania. He also holds an Economic and Political Science Bachelor of Arts degree
from St. Xavier's College in India.
